ANNOUNCEMENTS: 1ST SUNDAY OF LENT
1. We thank God for our jobs and businesses, for the strength that God has given us to do them. On this second Sunday of the month, we invite those who have prepared their Tithe and those who paid directly to the Bank and church paybill to come forward for prayers and blessings. The Church Paybill Number is 4042525 Account Tithe.
2. The Parish has been running a project with the Matali community that focuses on empowering women through cultural cohesion and inclusivity. To This end, we are seeking for volunteers who can run sessions on Gender and women leadership, Advocacy sessions on anti-FGM and early childhood Marriages and facilitate peace building barazas within the community. Any volunteers for the mentioned topics will be facilitated and you are kindly requested to pass by the Parish office for more information.
3. Next Sunday, the Parish Priest and a few Parishioners of Chepareria Mission (West Pokot) will visit our Parish to appeal for our financial support to build a Church. We have envelopes for this Special Appeal. Please pick one and bring it back next Sunday with your contribution. Next Sunday, we will have a second collection towards this project. 4. On Saturday, 22nd March, the Bishop will preside over the Kajiado Deanery CWA Mass here at our Parish. CWA members and parishioners of Namanga, Mashuru, Kajiado, Isinya, Kisaju, Acacia and Kitengela will all converge here. Let’s save the date, and join in this important celebration.
5. The Divine Mercy School-Acacia, through the Parish procurement committee, is in the process of seeking transport service provider for school learners. To this effect, we invite interested parties to submit quotes, including proposed terms of engagements, to the procurement committee. The quotes are to be dropped in sealed envelopes clearly marked & quote; bids for School transport quotes; at the Parish office by 18th March 2025. Requirements for the service provision is available at the parish office.
6. Senior youths will be having a meeting today after the second Mass at the church balcony. All the senior youths are requested to attend this important meeting.

I am available to offer training on Gender and Women Leadership, Anti-FGM Advocacy, Early Childhood Marriages, and Peacebuilding. As the Head of Public Communications at the National Gender and Equality Commission, I bring expertise in gender equality, policy advocacy, and community engagement. I look forward to supporting this initiative and will visit the Parish office for further details.
